RREAF Holdings LLC (RREAF) is a privately held, vertically integrated commercial real estate company based in Dallas, Texas, with roots that go back 37 years in the industry.
The company hired 5WPR to build its media profile to ensure that investors, local residents, and industry leaders were seeing RREAF's name and executives in the media across its focus areas including hospitality, master planned communities, multifamily, student housing, RV parks and more. This also includes strategizing and working with RREAF and its partners on announcements.

Strategy

To kick off the campaign, 5W introduced RREAF's C-Suite to all members of the media across local, trade and national media along with podcasts and other mediums. In the first month of 5W's campaign, RREAF shared they would be announcing the closing of a multifamily portfolio across the Sun Belt region. 5W utilized this announcement to introduce RREAF to local reporters across all the states it operates in to expand exposure outside of Texas.
Over the past three years, 5W has worked with RREAF on more than 10 announcements to garner coverage. The team has also worked with its property management firm RR Living on a rebrand, as the company was previously known as RREAF Residential.
During this time, 5W has ensured that RREAF's media campaign is an always-on engine, leveraging other major points in time to get exposure for the company. For example, when thousands of people were migrating to the Sun Belt following the pandemic, 5W leveraged this news to get RREAF in front of reporters to talk about the importance of working in a business-friendly state like Texas.
