These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page and will be effective as soon as it is posted. Your continued use of the Sites after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
