It applies real-time market data and technical analysis into a state-of-the-art, zero-commission trading platform that touches multiple aspects of the market including stocks, ETFs, options, crypto and more.

When Webull first came to 5W, they had no media presence, and wanted to be considered on par with already established and leading mobile trading platforms in the industry. 5W was tasked with building Webull's media presence, increasing company share of voice amongst competitors and building brand awareness to ultimately grow Webull's user base and establish them as one of the most reputable trading platforms. The team was also charged with building a media strategy to meet the agreed upon KPIs, and spearhead the company's award strategy, as well as coordinate participate in panels and conferences. ]

Strategy

The goal throughout the campaign has been to position the company as a direct and well-known competitor of already established platforms. In the initial phase of the campaign, 5W primarily focused on securing trend commentary in order to build a media footprint for Webull, and to make reporters aware of the company and its CEO. The 5W team also nominated Webull for awards in the fintech space, and managed the CEO's appearance at conferences and panels. This helped increase Webull's credibility, brand recognition and overall media presence. Once we had built a solid foundation, the team shifted focus to more profile pieces on the CEO and the trading platform itself.

5W saw an opportunity to capitalize on ups and downs of the stock market by offering Webull's CEO to comment on market activity. Having a consistent presence in top-tier and trade media helped raise the company's overall share of voice and name recognition. This ultimately led to larger more company-focused stories in mainstream outlets, in addition to broadcast opportunities.
