9. Israel's Per-Capita AI Founder Yield Rivals the M7. [Interpretation.] TAU Coller (#25, D2: 78), Technion (#34, D2: 76), Reichman (#46, D2: 66). Three schools with a combined population base a fraction of the US produce AI-founder alumni at rates that, per capita, rival the M7.

10. Tsinghua SEM Is Structurally Depressed by English-Language Bias. [Interpretation.] Tsinghua's D1–D5 average is 86.4. Its D6 (Citation Share) is 54 — a 32-point gap explained almost entirely by the English-language dominance of the five AI engines measured. Under a Chinese-engine normalization, Tsinghua would rank #4 or #5.
