8. AI Partnerships Are Concentrated Among 8 Schools. Stanford, MIT, Wharton, HBS, Booth, Kellogg, ASU, and Frankfurt School account for the majority of named frontier-lab and hyperscaler partnerships.

9. Israel's Per-Capita AI Founder Yield Rivals the M7. [Interpretation.] TAU Coller (#25), Technion (#34), Reichman (#46). Three schools — more per capita than any peer country.

10. Tsinghua SEM Is Structurally Depressed by English-Language Bias. [Interpretation.] Under Chinese-engine normalization, our model estimates Tsinghua ranks 4th–5th globally.

11. The Consulting Feeder Schools Have a 12-Point AI Gap. [Interpretation.] MBB Tier A feeders avg. 87.1. Tier B feeders avg. 75.1.

The GEO Gap: The Discipline No Business School Teaches

Zero schools in 60 include Generative Engine Optimization, LLM optimization, AI visibility strategy, or Citation Share measurement. Every MBA marketing course teaches SEO. The structural shift: the search engine is being supplemented by the answer engine. The first school to build a required GEO module will own the category in business education. Estimated market size: $2–5B globally by 2028.

1. Does the candidate's program require AI coursework? 42% do not.

2. Has the candidate evaluated an AI vendor — in class, not independently?

3. Has the candidate built or managed an AI workflow? The strategy-to-implementation ratio is 9.5:1.

Business schools have perhaps two admission cycles before AI readiness becomes as consequential to institutional trajectory as finance or accounting. The schools that restructured will produce the executives who lead the AI era. The schools that didn't will produce the executives who report to them.
